The Triple Constraint

Another fundamental topic is Project Management is commonly refer to as " The triple Constraint" , this means when the scope of a project scope  is changed , time and cost are also affected.

The triple constraint , or as  some know it , the iron triangle , is simply the concept that scope, time and cost are interrelated .

For example ;
A organization to slash a budget without revising the scope or the schedule , the project manager should not simply accept that, the triple constraint is in place whether or not the organization accept it.

this means , the project manager should not simple accept all changes as valid , the project manager should evaluate.how those changes effect the other aspect of the project.
